My entry in their service log book was entered at serial number 5 and time of entry is 9:37 am. The photo of the service register is attached herewith. In spite of meeting the manager customer service, there was no one deputed to attend to my vehicle. At 10:16 hours i checked the register and found that vehicle which were entered after me, were being attended to. This on again pointing out to the manager, he had no answers. Further, i asked for customer complaint register, which he did not possess; and thus i had no alternative but to return back.
