We have booked a new car (Urban cruiser - Automatic) back in Dec 2021, paid 30K then. When we were told the car is almost ready to be delivered, we were asked to pay about 10 Lakhs which we did in February 2022.

Till now the car is not delivered, after many follow ups, false promised dates, we were fed up and asking for the money back - then they started pushing out the dates for that as well asking to take some old/used cars or some other models instead of giving us back the money!!
