My name is Jasbinder Singh Saini. my contact number is [protected]. I had purchased Urban Cruiser from Madhuban Toyota Lower Parel on 15.08.2021. The vehicle is not even a year old and I am facing n number of problems in it.

First while going on trip with my family, we notice a sudden / loud noise in engine due to fear of engine break down half the way, I had to cancel the trip with my family. The vehicle was with the service team of Madhuban for last 20 days. Even then there is a problem in water pump, it is changed. There is still loud noise in engine. Now suddenly I am facing problem in breaks. This is unacceptable. I have informed about this problem to Mr. Swapnil and Mr. Ravi Kumar from Madhuban. But all in vain. Since it is a new vehicle, there shouldn't be such serious problems in the vehicle. Noise in the engine is just not acceptable. Break failure leads to accidents. . Still I am not getting proper a response. If same behaviour continues, I will report the matter to press and Consumer Court as well
