Dear Team,
My car (Toyota Glanza G) went to showroom (KAIZEN TOYOTA RAIPUR ) on dated 27th June 2023 for repairing purpose, Till date car has not repaired and still lying at showroom . I have been been told that spare parts are not available that's the reason it is taking Time.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. While I do understand that some delay would happen in case of accidental damage and repairing back to customer but This is not the type of Experience I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
I demand that I should be providing instant solution to my problem and as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money. I am facing issue in daily routine work as My car is standing at showroom since last 24 days, It's a big shame if such a big brand like TOYOTA unable to deliver upto the customer expectation.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.
if This does not resolve in 2 days, I will go for social media complaint.
