Dear sir I Toyota family customer since 2014. I have send vechile for repair at kalaburgi show room. Karuna Toyota. Vechile in date 10.11.21 till today I have not received vechile. Vechile have insurance but . No staff is taking responsibility to call or infrom to insurance company. Finally I have informed to insurance company. Now issue is vechile battery was in good condition at time I have given. .now they saying battery is dead. How is it possible. Who is responsible for this loss. [protected]
