Tp-Link — Complaint Against Faulty Wifi-Router Delivery as their Product Replacement | |||||
Hi Consumer-Complaint Team, Good Morning. This is with reference to one of TP-Link's product (Wifi-Router TP-Link TL-WR841N 300 Mbps Wireless Router-Black) with Order ID:[protected] bought from Amazon. After utilizing their product for almost 11 Months, its WAN Mini-port stopped working. The company warranty offered is of 3 Years. The product was then sent to TP-Link India Vasai, Mumbai branch on 26-April-2016 for getting it repaired(After getting directions from TP-Link Customer Care). For almost 2 months till June-2016, neither there was any update, nor was it delivered by the TP-Link Branch. After we took several follow-ups, the product was received by us in June on 14th 2016. But, the received product was not even functional. Our product sent for repair was having problem with only its WAN Mini-port, but the received product was not working and was poorly packaged. TP-Link Customer Care's phone is busy most of the times and we are unable to reach TP-Link Customer Care for registering our complaint. Please find attached copies of the required documents for reference. I request you to please get this issue resolved at the earliest. Its being quite long now, waiting to hear from TP-Link for our complaint, as it seems they are reluctant to respond with a replacement.!! Either a fresh and reliable product replacement or refund will be helpful in this regard, as early as possible.
