Docket No.[protected] from VNS to Delhi. Status is showing is is at Okhla Hub on 13th Aug. 2015. But till date it is not delivered. Sir, I am in big loss and finally writing to you. you are the last hope. please help me if you are not a part of that system and if a good listener. Please help me to get this issue resolved and take necessary action on them because there are thousands of complaints against them.

Hi Team,

I sent my confidential documents through Courier track no.[protected] on 17th August 2015, however it has not been delivered yet.

I have checked the status on your site and it is showing as "ADDRESS NOT FOUND". I had sent some documents at below address through your courier company in the past as well, however those were delivered on time.

I clearly mentioned the below address on courier envelope, so don't know why it has not been delivered.
