Trackon Couriers — Consignment #[protected] is missing | |||||
Non delivery of the consignment #[protected] My friend heerish from mauritius went to one of the trackon couriers branch in ahmedabad and requested for the courier of the consignment to hyderabad. They charged 250 inr and gave the attached receipt on 15th december. But, till date the courier is not dispatched. Moreover, the consignment tracking status in website is showing as consignment number #[protected] is not found. When i reached out the customer care, none of the given numbers are either non-functional or always busy. And, when i mailed and after sending multiple reminders, they replied that i have to check with the booking branch. 1. I'm in hyderabad and how can i check with the booking branch located in the ahmedabad? 2. Why the said consignment is not dispatched? I'm worrying that there might be some fraud happened at the booking branch itself. 3. Why there is a poor customer care representatives are present for this company.
