[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Consignment pan not delivered yet

On 02nd November i got message from NSDL pan card will be delivered by TRACKON COURIERS with AWD no. [PRIVATE], I went to their website on 4th November morning but it is showing the pan card is delivered on 3th November with signature but i haven't recieve any call from TRACKON COURIERS. I registered complain on TRACKON 1st they say it is delivered with signature, when i re-complained they message me my order is undelivered because i didn't pickup the call but i haven't get any call from them now their numbers are showing busy all the time. Why this website is so irresponsible. I have my reason and i need my pan card. Please consider this and deliver my item as soon as possible I don't know why NSDL send these important document through TRACKON COURIERS. These documents are essential for every individual and must be delivered as soon as possible with greater resopnsibility
