This is Yogesh my father booked a Courier from Kota to Bangalore on 19/08/16. But I still waiting for that and I tracked this courier to website(www.trackoncourier.com) it was showing courier was delivered. But I was not getting Courier and not getting any call from delivery boy and no one came from given address and my father mentioned 2 phone numbers in courier envelopes.

My father had booked a parcel from vijayawada about two weeks ago. the parcel has to reach ahmedabad where I am staying presently. Still it was not delivered to me and I am very unhappy reagrding your service and persons are not picking up the phone
I request you to kindly deliver my parcel.

Our company has tie-up with Trackon courier for the shipment of products but, we are very sorry to say that trackon has a very bad service. There track details are showing the product delivery but customer has not received the products or it is still in transit but, we there is no response on customer care nos. nor any update.
