[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — Courier not received yet to me but it is showing as delivered in their site

My Order placed on 26/Oct/2021 and it is not delivered to me yet, but in their site it is shown as delivered on 01/Nov/2021 as below comments.

I'm trying to reach customer care numbers for Hyd ( [protected] [protected]) but no one responding to my calls.

Please help me to sortout this issue ASAP.

I received my courier on 10/Nov/2021 but not sure why the system showing that delivered on 01/Nov2021.Finally I received after lot of follow ups.it's very pathetic service ever i seen.

Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
