Trackon Couriers — False Courier Rcpts getting issued at Trackon courier and in this dev craft vendor is involved

I have purchased goods from dev craft of jaipur he give me tracking receipt of trackon showing he send goods thru that courier company but we dont get on seeing in net about status it show it delivered in other city this is false and mislead work done by vendor and in doing this persons of trackon courier jaipur branch is also involved pls be aware help me in this issue
