I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by the Trackon Jaipur Branch. I had entrusted Trackon with the responsibility of delivering an important parcel via air, vide Order No.[protected] from Jaipur to Borivali, for which I paid a premium fee, with the expectation of timely and efficient delivery. However, to my utter dismay, the parcel was sent via road, resulting in a significant delay that had severe consequences for me and my business.

The details of this incident are as follows:

1. On 6 November 2023, I had scheduled a high-priority parcel delivery through your service, clearly specifying that it needed to be sent by air. I paid a premium price for this service to ensure that the parcel would reach its destination by the morning of 9 November 2023, as the air delivery promised 1 day delivery and timely delivery was crucial for a client commitment. Please note that the parcel has not been delivered till date.

2. Despite my explicit instructions and payment for an air delivery, the Trackon Jaipur Branch chose to send the parcel by road. This not only violated the terms of our agreement but also compromised the delivery timeline.

3. As a direct consequence of this mismanagement, the parcel did not reach its destination as promised. This delay led to my client's loss of faith in my commitment, and they canceled their order. This resulted in significant financial losses for my business and damaged my professional reputation.

I demand an immediate explanation and resolution for this matter. It is unacceptable that Trackon failed to uphold its commitment to deliver the parcel as agreed and paid for. I insist on a full investigation into this issue, appropriate disciplinary action for those responsible, and compensation for the losses incurred due to your negligence.

I expect a prompt response to this complaint within 3 days with a clear plan of action to address this issue and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Failure to do so will compel me to explore legal avenues to seek justice for the damages caused.
