Trackon Couriers — I am Complaining about PAN Card

My PAN Card was coming through Trackon courier service AWB no[protected].
It says that it has been delivered with signature, but I have not received it.
I contacted the trackon courier service for the same and he said that we have stopped working for Pan Card Delivery.
You send me your address on WhatsApp after that he said that your pan card is with the delivery boy and he gave me his number.
I tried to call him several times but he didn't pick my call i even messaged him but he ignored my message.
I again contacted trackon courier service for the same and they didn't responded.
Please help me with this problem.

Updated by SalikSiddiqui I recently got call from trackon courier service, she said" Mohammad Salik ke naam se Pan Card tha" I said Pan Card kya? " And she said Mil gya and just disconnected after that. I was saying hello hello nahi mila ..
I am so frustrated with this kindly help me with this problem as soon as possible.
