Trackon Couriers — Missing of Mobile Phone Moto G | |||
I had couriered Moto G mobile phone of worth Rs. 6999/- from Pune(Maharashtra) to Bhagalpur(Bihar), on 07/11/2014. But, when the delivery was done, the mobile phone was missing. The courier was opened infront of the deliver boy and my mother refused to received the delivery. The courier was returned to Pune and TrackOn Pune office assured me that I will be getting the money back equivalent to mobile price.After chasing them for 2--3 months, no action has been taken yet.
