Trackon Couriers — My courier misplaced and no response from trackon

I send a courier through tackon pvt. ltd. from indore (vijay nagar) to bangalore on 29th april with the courier no.[protected]
It contains some important original documents worth rs. 15000/-
The courier guy told me that you can send through normal courier and it will reach by monday but till today 7th may it is yet to reach
I went to the courier shop again and inquired but he didn't had any idea and instead he blamed me to send through normal courier even though it was his idea.
Now i have lost the courier and the guy is simply denying to help further
I just want to raise a complaint as it is really pathetic service that these courier guys are misplacing couriers and nobody is taking any action
They are just fooling customers
I strongly request to take action on this company and claim my money rs. 15000/- from this company

I have sent a courier to Chennai from Ghaziabad on 4th July 2015 and its still not reached and its showing on website that its somewhere in Chennai. but not delivered yet. Today is the 6th day and still no status is updated.
