Trackon Couriers — No delivery and no updates | |||||
It has been 16 days, my father sent a package from hyderabad, dated 4th of may 2016 with consignment no.:[protected], and not even a single call i have from the company. When i tracked my courier, it shows it has been delivered to gurgaon 4 days from the day of booking. I have to call the company, ask for my courier and need to collect it. But they answer my call and ask to call another person, saying he is in charge of those. I call the office directly, they don't pick the call.Then why the hell on earth you give your unanswered mobile numbers to the customer and in google. I wonder if they are using some ravens to communicate! Or they are in falling in short of mobile balance. If you don't want to update the customer or do not want to give their courier to them, just stop your business and start a "panipuri" dabba, you neither need to call your customer nor you need to go to them.
