Trackon Couriers — Not able to track using given AWB numbers

I was sent a message by NSDL.GOV.IN
that my pan card has been shipped through Trackon couriers on 25/12/2021. And a AWB number was provided for tracking. But when i tried to track my pan card, no record was found.
