Trackon Couriers — PAN card delivered in wrong address with signature

Address PLOT NO-73, GROUND FLOOR, BHASKAR TOWER,, KHARVELA NAGAR BBSR, OPP DURGA MANDAV, BHUBANESWAR, 751001,

Trackon courier asked me to collect the PAN card from their office, but since I am not staying in my hometown I requested them to deliver it at my home, as my elderly parents can't collect it from office. Not only they refused my request but now the website is also showing it as delivered to wrong address. The place where it got delivered is completely a different PIN code and it shows as delivered with signature.

This is very fraudulent to mishandle such important document like this and not tolerable.
