Trackon Couriers — PAN card delivery being cancelled with fake reasons | |
The NDSL pan card company dispatched my pan card via tracked courier. The delivery guy keeps canceling the delivery for fake reasons. Once he called on 4th Nov saying that there are a lot of PAN cards that they need to deliver so I need to come to a location to collect the card. I mentioned that I cannot come and asked him to deliver to my address for which I have paid and what he is supposed to do. He mentioned that he cannot and will return the card to Fatima Nagar and I have to then collect it from there. I received a call again today 9th Nov saying that because I am out of town, I need to collect the card from Fatima Nagar as he would be returning the card there. I asked him that who told him that I was out of town and he mentioned that the delivery guy called me and I told them. I did not receive any call prior to that and thus, I did not say that. He then said that I am lying because the delivery guy mentioned he called and he said that I told him. He then mentioned that they attempted delivery 6 times and could not deliver. He failed to mention that why he could not deliver when asked. Kept saying that the delivery guy called me and there was no one at the house and I told him so. My house has never been empty and we have been receiving multiple deliveries every day and not a single time any PAN Card delivery was attempted. I have not received any call except these 2 that I mentioned. I mentioned that OK I am at the house now. You can deliver it now. They said no we cannot. They are saying that I am a liar. Why would I lie about not being at home or not receiving a call when I am eagerly waiting for my pan card to arrive. They are making excuses for not delivering the card and asking me to collect it from the Fatima Nagar office. The tracking id for the courier is[protected]. This is such a fradulent behavior and especially with such important documents like PAN card, it is unacceptable. Was this information helpful? | |
