[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — PAN card not delivered after 1 month | |||
I had requested for my PAN Card to be reissued to get my address corrected. I submitted the form on NSDL and also paid for physical card to be issued. On July 6, I received confirmation for PAN card issue and it has been despatched. It has been one month and I have not received my PAN card. I called up NSDL customer care and they gave me the Tracking number[protected] of Trackon courier serivce. (www.trackon.in). I called them up multiple times from 3rd August onward and they said they'll deliver it. Today on Aug 6th they started saying they've delivered my PAN. Whereas it has not been delivered. I warned them that I'll do a police complaint for withholding my PAN card as they don't have any proof of delivery also. They told I can do whatever I want. I am already frustrated calling them so many time and also called NSDL but they're not helping and asking to contact courier company. Please look into this matter. Some contact numbers of Trackon Also, NSDL has to own the responsibly of choosing the right courier partner (like Speedpost or indian post), not these private companies. NSDL must be penalised for harassing the tax payers and any misuse of PAN Card. Please look into this matter. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||

My PAN Card was dispatched on Feb 10 but is still with Trackon courier. How can a courier keep someone official document for so long. When should I go to consumer forum or shouldn’t the IT department stop using such fraudulent couriers?
