[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — PAN card not delivered but marked as delivered

Tracking status says the item (PAN card) was delivered on 5.8.2022. But I have not received it yet. No delivery agent so far has called or came by. I've tried all avenues of complaint. Submitted a complaint form on their site only to get SMS reply 'Item delivered on 5.8.2022'. Customer care numbers keep ringing forever.

PAN got delivered today (11.8.2022). I guess they just mark delivered to keep within their targets or whatever and then deliver the item at a later time per their convenience.

Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

as per trackon courier status pan card deliver, but till date i m not received pan through trackon courier service.
and trackon courier employee not support to me.
