Hello, My PAN card shipment was booked on 28/02/2022 and it was on transit and out for delivery status until 17/03/2022. Today, when I checked the tracking, it says it was "Delivered with Signature". I did not get any call or any executive came doorstep to deliver such an important document. How can you just hand over a PAN card to someone (if it is delivered) without validating any proof? Mar 23, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Called up the courier services and after many attempts got hold of them. Spoke to the delivery person and got it delivered finally. Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
