[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — PAN card not delivered but tracking status shows as delivered

Address:41/11 M V Complex Salai Street, Sindubundurai, Tirunelveli Junction, Tirunelveli.

Consignment no[protected]

PAN card was dispatched by NSDL from Mumbai on 22/06/2022 08:36 through Trackon couriers.
It had reached chennai hub on 24/06/2022 09:31.
Then it reached Tirunelveli hub on 25/06/2022 16:56.

It's been one and half month since the pan card reached tirunelveli hub. Still they didn't deliver it to me but the tracking status shows that from Tirunelveli the pan card was out for delivery on 25/07/2022 14:01 and was delivered on 25/07/2022 14:09 .

According to the tracking status the pan card was out for delivery on 25-july 2:01 pm and delivered on 25-july 2:09 pm within 10 minutes from tirunelveli to tenkasi.

The contact number in their site is not working and i can't contact them.

Please check the issue and deliver my pan card

Complaint marked as Resolved 
They had sent the pan card to another private courier company and marked as delivered without my signature or anything. I collected it 17 days after the date they claim as delivered. No help from customer care.
Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Trackon Tirunelveli hub had sent the pan card to another courier company in tenkasi and marked it as delivered.
I went and collected it today as of 11-08-2022.
Poor service by Trackon couriers.
