Trackon Couriers — PAN card not delivered-Out for delivery

My PAN Card not been delivered my address and tracking status shows out for delivery since 18/05/2022. The nearest branch is 2-4 km from my delivery address. I tried to contact with the customer support but they responded in a rude manner and even didn't got support.
