[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — Pan card not delivered to my address and asking money

I got a call from a pan card distribution person. Person didn't reach my address and asked 30 rs for courier charges i denied so he ask me to get pan card within 10 mins in the place where he is.. He not even reach my address and didn't ask me the route to reach my address. Please take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible.
