[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Pan card undelivered showing out of delivery area

Not Delivering my pan card at my home and giving stupid reason of not having service in my area, im not living in any rural area, this is very pathetic and unprofessional service from Trackon courier.please sent it at the nearest hub

Please do something needful so that i can get my card.
