Sent a parcel from panchkula to Rohini Delhi. The parcel has been delivered to some random address in 110034 instead of 110085.
I find it beyond me that a courier company can make such follies. We are an e-commerce entity, products purchases are sent through Track On. If delivered at wrong addresses, we would have to ship new product to the customer. This is gross negligence and I want the same package delivered to the right address and rightful recipient.
