Trackon Couriers — Parcel not delivered at doorstep

MOHINDER Mobile [protected] Phone [protected], 4007170 Fax Email [protected]@TRACKONCOURIER.COM, [protected]@YAHOO.COM State HARYANA The parcel was to be delivered at doorstep, however, the courier receptionist told that the area was not under their jurisdiction without even knowing where the location is. She told that the parcel can't be delivered at the address, individual has to collect. When I reached to collect the parcel, the response was quite unprofessional and non-supportive. I asked the gentleman there, seemed to be manager, whether 'Mall Rd' & 'Staff Rd' in Cantonment is under their jurisdiction, he told yes. But then why you could not deliver my parcel, I asked. He simply refused to answer. I would like to know why such irresponsible and unprofessional people are given this courier service. Trackon Couriers is responsible to deliver the parcel at doorstep for which they are paid. Pls take action against these individual by cancelling their license. Regards, Manoj, [protected]
