Trackon Couriers — Parcel not Received by consignee and no proper proof of delivery given to us

Dear Sir/Mam,

Please check the receiving image, it clearly showing no stamp, phone no or signature of the consignee (welmade locking system pvt ltd), but as per Trackon Courier records they are showing it delivered. We have also attach customer stamp photo which he put on all receivings. shipment Tracking no. was[protected] which not received by the consignee. It was value of Rs.43896/- (invoice also sent with the parcel). It was related to Feb month but it comes to our (Kwality Ball company) and consignee knowledge now.
Also Trackon persons are not giving proper reply and saying that stamp is their on receiving but as you can check their is no stamp of welmade locking systems.
