Trackon Couriers — Parcel undelivered and pathetic customer service | |||
I am the receiver for a parcel which was booked through Trackon Couriers in Mumbai to be delivered in Mumbai itself with AWB number : [protected] Parcel was booked on 11th and its lying at Ghatkopar Hub for past 2 days and its still not deliverd or moved anywhere from there Trying to call some 5 people, Customer service (Gave me wrong number to call) Kurla East (Person denied to help passed on to Ghatkopar) Calling 2 numbers and person, NOT RESPONSIVE...
