Trackon Couriers — Product yet not delivered

Trackon courier service is a fraud. How nsdl uses this third class fatherless company for their courier works? Package yet not delivered. Product sent from NSDL on 9th may. 15 days yet not delivered. Fake tracking. Actually stupidity is done by NSDL. Why can they use India Post?

Now called customer care, & they responds like a dumb. Even they don't have any idea where package is? They concludes their is no such??? Fraud animals.
