Trackon Couriers — Stole money from the courier of rakhi envelope

I have sent rakhi for my brothers to indore in a courier from Baroda- Kalpavruksh -gotri road office and the manager /owner of the courier shop of trackon stole 300 rs from my courier envelope.

The courier of rakhi was sent from Baroda on 12 Aug and it reached Indore on 14 August, when my brother opened the envelopes there were some rakhi stolen along with the 300 rs of Shagun which was sent by me for my brother.

I really curse him from my heart that his c\courier agency must close down, caz when i went to him today on 16 aug at his baroda-gotri-kalpavrukh office

he said "jo karna hai kar le, paisa bheja kaiko...''

"police mein jaana hai to jaa grahak seva mein jana hai to jaa dekhta hu mein tu kya karegi, mein yahi baitha hu''

Hum to saare envelope khol ke dekhte hai

As if he doesnt have a sister...arrey tum log chori chakari ka business chalu kardo, courier ke naam pe chori kyo karte ho, even beggers are better than you guys.

i know that one cannot send money from courier but it has never happened in past 15 years and not a single courier company ever opens a parcel like this to steal the money, i have sent many a times a shagun with rakhi.

a strict action should be taken against such theives who are equally shameless and opens customer parcel with the intention of theft

Updated by Mrs Mangal MY COMPLAINT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED-KINDLY LOOK INTO IT, NOBODY CAN STEAL ANYONE'S MONEY IN COVER OF RULES- NOT EVEN AT AIRPORTS.AUTHORITIES DO INFORM BEFORE TAKING AWAY ANY UNAUTHORIZED ITEM FROM YOUR CABIN LUGGAGE IN FRONT OF YOU -NOBODY CAN STEAL WITHOUT INFORMATION IT IS ILLELEGAL

there has to be a action against this courier person-please
