[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Unruly, rude and irresponsible behaviour

On 28th September 2014, I received a call from a delivery boy (+91 ) saying that he is there at my residence to deliver the courier. However, when I told I was not home, he started throwing tantrums and said either ask a neighbour to collect it or come to the office to collect it as I don't have time. He used a rude and aggressive language. When I wanted to complain to his boss, the lady boss was much more ruder and irresponsible. She said I am returning the courier and do what you want to do.
