My wife has a airtel connection and it wasn't working for 4 months since May '20 and we tried all options of 121 email and customer care and also raised complaints thru App. But nothing worked and I stopped paying bills. Now I called 121 they asked me to pay the bill for sept, oct and nov and change the sim. After doing all this and giving the documents still now they are saying that doc is having husband name and not father name. this is despite giving aadhar as proof of document.
This is yesterday and today morning story and above is yesterday morning story.
The only shameless answer is provide document given at time of buying sim, this is done 12 years ago. Now I have given aadhar but they want old document which is of old address.
Don't they any sense, but all this process don't apply for taking money from me. Even yesterday I paid 1411/-. Was this information helpful? |
