My subscriber ID is 1031692708. i m not seeing any channel from more than a week, lot of time i was called Toll free of Tatasky customer service. The toll free number is just a show. But some commitment given for attending with in 24 hours is still not come in the last 7 days. My subscription amount has gone waste with out seeing anything. I have already registered 3 to 4 same complaint with an expectation that this will be resolved at least now. But I have not seen such a poor irresponsive customer service from any others. plz start portability in DTH service also. I can be contacted at 9822088089....

With reference, to the above, neither I nor my husband (Mr.B.Shanmuganathan ) have confirmed the BSNL-HUNGAMA SERVICES. The contention of BSNL that this services was confirmed by LL Phone, SMS & subsequently mailed is wrong, as my mail id in BSNL records is wrong. My mail-id is : shanmuganathan_metlife@yahoo.co.in, whereas BSNL has mailed / confirmed to : shanmuganadhan_metlife@yahoo.co.in.

I wanted to port 9420609848 from BSNL to IDEA and their galary in Ulhasnagar-421003 in Thane dist said I have to take post paid portability for atleast three months and afterwards it will be made prepaid. The same was also told to me by Airtel gallary, situated opposite them. They are having post paid sim for portability and for prepaid, if I donot go for post paid portability, I will have to wait minimum for one month till prepaid sims are available with them for portability. Please note that from 15th January 2015 onwards I had so many request with the BSNL office for port of my mobile no. 9501595712 but i regret to note that every time the bsnl had rejected my request, I had so many times talk on telephone also but all in vain. This time again I have generated UPC No. BP386956 and give to my new subscriber and now again I am in receipt of message Request for Port in via 01-42473960940 has been rejected by Donor. Today I get number of marketing calls on my new uninor sim no 7058816724, from number like +91140...I reject every call, mistakenly one call received by me...after hearing 2-3 words I close call by pressing end key. But after that I got message from uninor that i make them request for activating of 'Mantras' and after some second get another message that 'mantras' are activated and Rs. 20 is debited from account. I trying to contact uninor customer care number. 121 and 198 but their they just move me to 1-2-1-2 -2 and never get contact to physical operator. What is the CHEATING..Can TRAI do something...

Sir/Madam, I have been using MTS datacard service since Dec 2014, After 2 months of service, during Feb 26th, I had a problem with the service, and I lodged a complaint with MTS customer care for which, I didnt get a proper response. Hence, I approached the appelate authority of MTS, and that was still worse. They never bothered to reply on time which was actually agreed on, as per their SLA. My no. 9885956665. I have registered multiple complaints with vodafone regarding unfair download charges. They waived off the amount in the month of January. And again in this month bill they charged me Rs.297 unfairly on downloads. I have seen lot of complaints on this issue. One person cannot fight on the same issue repeatedly.
