Trai — Bsnl not giving 3G network frm 20 days and customer care service not responding

sir/mam, i am customer of Bsnl but from last 20 days 3G network not available.many times i contacted customer care but they always said wait we(bsnl)cant do anything and cut phone.nowdays customer care dsnt receive my call.please resolve my problem.Thanks
