Trai — complaint about frequent package change without information by videocon d2h | |||||
Customer id[protected], service provider - videocon d2h, I have changed my pkg according to new rule 3 times but company change 3 times without my knowledge and deactivated my setup box as well, after complaining 6-7 times it got resolved but again videocon d2h change my selected plan as per their wish and after several complain problem not resolved, unwanted pkg activated which cost i am paying extra. Requested mirror pack for secondary box is also not activated. I am totally harassed by videocon d2h service provider and their customer care as their customer care number[protected] is not responding. I activated two channel kids rhymes activ and kids toon active but these bot channels are not working. Deduction for rs.40/month initiated but I am not getting service. I got cheated by videocon d2h. My mobile no-[protected]. Need to resolve my issue, refund my money back for extra channel/combo activated without my information. Was this information helpful? | |||||
