I have airtel dth connection from long time with customer id no. [protected]. Yesterday i called to airtel dth customer care to update my dth plan. Customer care executive said to me that my current plan of 219 rs/month has been changed to 254rs/month with same no. Of channels & he reactivating my plan of 254rs/month. When i checked my tv no any channel show there because plan not activated by customer care executive. Then i tried to call customer care no. Many times but no any response by customer care executives.
Today again i called to customer care & asked to activate my previous plan than he said to me that 254rs/month plan not available in airtel dth & he told that he transferring my call to seniors but call disconnected by him. Than i tried again to call customer care but call auto disconnected many times. After sometime call connected to customer care executive & he told to me that 254rs/month plan will be activated after some time, but he activated 360rs/month costly plan without any information given to me & i received a message from airtel dth that 360rs/month pack activated on my dth.
This is the totally cheating case by airtel dth customer care executives & very very poor services provided by airtel dth. I'll lodging a complaint against airtel dth to trai & consumer forum regarding this cheating case by airtel dth.
