Trai — Jio fibre Gurgaon misseling

Address:A-603, Alaknanda Apartments, Plot GH 45, Sector 56, Gurgaon, Haryana 122011

Jio sold me 12+1 months fibre plan for Gurgaon and took rs15000+ and now customer care says I have 12 months postpaid plan only. The internet coverage is so low, I have been complaining to their customer care on app & email id, no one reverts.
