I m a customer of d2h from last year. Now as per trai rules we have to select channel and subsequently d2h will charge the money.
On 31.01.18 i charged the d2h channels in which clearly told abp maza which is free to air channel will be subscribe and recording is with me but till date d2h cant give me channel after atleast 100 times talk on customer care. Secondly on 05.03.18 i have recharged from my debit card of rs 539/- the receipt i got on mail but till time customer care telling that we had not received the amount however my account also debited the amount. So i cant get the channels after being subscribed. Abp maza is free to air channel for which ncf is submitted even though they are playing cheating.
