My JIO Connection bearing number [protected] raised request for relocation on 29/10/2021.
I have been following with the team ever since and they were not supportive nor helping.
It has been appraised to us only new connection request can be accepted for the requested location.
After hearing this I told them to cancel and refund for which also they were not fulfilling.
JIO is treating customers like slave dogs.
I urge TRAI to rescue from these ruthless companies
I want your good office to take necessary actions since 29/10/2021 my kids were not able to attend their classes.
