I am using VI for Calling and messaging purposes. So I have used ₹96 recharge plan for my usage. Past 1 month I was unable to send SMS to anyone. I called customer care to raise a complaint. But they have changed the policy that if I opt plan which cast more than ₹128 then only they will allow to send SMS. Even though I have enough balance to sent a SMS. Please take necessary action on this policy which is not at all accepted by a customer like me.
