From the day i started using vodafone new pack of rs.352/- per month which provides 1gb/day 4g internet and unlimited local and std calls.
From that day they are auto activating unknown services by themself and deducting my balance.
And when i connected to customer care for the issue they said you activated these services and you said you dont know how to use internet and all.
While i am writing this complaint i am still on customer care waiting list where first 2-3 customer care executives just transferred my call to another customer care executive without my confirmation and now I am waiting in customer care wait list from last 15-20 mins.
I just want to register my complaint at TRAI and I want refund from Vodafone at any cost. Was this information helpful? |
