We are customer for airtel fixed and broaband for many years. Our relationship number is 14920751. On 24/2/2017 we had sent email to esupport that we would like to go for scheme with incoming calls @ rs 2000 /-. Thier was no response to the email. Thereafter we have also written to nodal office by email but no response. Enclosed below plase find sequence of email sent.

Alternately key account manager mr. Ranjit mishra also visited us and assured us that they will change the plan from month of march, 17. Email was also sent to him but no reply..
We have received the bill of march with our old scheme (9246.52). We have many calls to your support center and also written emails to mr. Sharma on 10/4/17 but no one giving us the concrete answer.
With the above we approach you to intervene ad resolve the issue at the earliest. The issue is
1) in month of march we have been billed as per old scheme which has to be amended to new scheme.
2) we have made payment under protest, request you to adjust the balance amount in the next bill.
