[Resolved]  Transcend — My pendrive is not working

My Transcend 32 GB Pendrive, in warranty, failed during October 2013 and I immediately went to Accel Frontline (Transcend's customer support partner) for replacement. but accel representative told me that they are no longer support partners of Transcend. so i searched for transcend customer care no. online but they do not have india call no. .i sent a mail to them indicating my problem a week ago but they have not yet replied. i can't find customer support of transcend in india. i have still 3 yrs of warranty in my Pendrive.
