A call came from a lady saying that i have given a gift card. It is a per-approved card with no cost. But Rs.8990 (800x12+Rs.9600) is deducted. I received a gift of belt, watch and wallet. They are of cheap quality. I just don't need any card, or any complimentary gift. I just want my money back to my account. It is a fraud. You can't ask people buy without their consent. You can't compel people to buy things. Trransdeals.in is of no use...

A call came from their side and said they're from my bank account if not complied with them . I want my 8990 rs back . They manipulated me with their words and I don't even know how they got my details . It's a complete scam....

Not able to use the card login.I have paid rs8990 for this Useless thing. I need my money back to my account....

They done the fake commitment and fake deals and offer before giving their worst card ever, their customers support apso not supported...

Last year, I received a call from a person saying that they're calling me from the Credit Card services department and that I have been selected for a gift package because of my Axis Bank credit card usage. Thinking that it was a call from Axis Bank, I went ahead and made a payment of Rs. 8, 890 for a list of services that they said they were providing as part of a package from Platinum...

I got a call claiming that they are calling from AXIS bank and they are offering Discount card based on my CC transactions. They said I will get 30% OFF on everything wherever they accept VISA Debit/Credit card.

Their company name is TRANSDEALS currently using the name they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until I made the payment...

I received a call on 9th June saying they are my bank rep giving me additional services for being a selected user. They had my card details which in itself is a breach of data privacy.
They then manipulated me into paying for the services even after repeated denials from my end. They kept aggressively force selling it by saying I don't have an option in it and I have to pay no matter what.
They conveniently left the part that...

They had my bank details which is seriously concerning about my privacy and they promised me valuable offers and took payment from me upfront for something that doesn’t even work. I want a refund from them....

They offeredme to give a discount card worth 7999 through which i can get 20% off from every shopping.
After i got the card, they do no⁶t respond to me. I'm even unable to register the card for the use.
They took my 7999 and are not being responsible for that....

Wrong information share with me, and paid money in wrong way

Fake online shopping card
I have paid 8990 for this card because they have all my bank details and said they are calling from axis bank and told me promised to give all shopping discounts up to 30% and forced me to pay this amount I thought it’s from bank and paid and now no response not even their website is...

By lying to me that we are talking to HDFC, you are being given one side from the bank and money was deducted from me, I refused but they said that it will be deducted from the autopay....

They called me saying that they are calling me through HDFC credit card..i avoided there calls but they kept on calling me till i said yes n made payment of Rs.9700 ..which they said govt duty ..but whenever i go to use card this card shows no discount ..useless card i request you to look in to matter n help in getting refund...

I want to return our card which is not require, customer care told me that after getting the card you can return it within 15 days but now they cant entertain our request....
