Any application related to transport should be as simple as gmail account creation but because of application filling complication and lack of proper help desk in transport office people are still relying on agents to get their things done because of this people are loosing their hard earned money.

If gmail account can be created easily why it is not possible same in case of transport related applications. This clearly shows lack willingness to bring changes and corruption happening here.
