Travel Deals Bazaar — Thailand packages booked and cheated/harassed by cancelling tickets without consent

I booked four thailand packages for 5 night and 6 days with them for departure on 4th april and arrival on 10th april. This was sold to me by two employes named, shruti and aaditya. I processed 100% payments in the first week of march and received the tickets and hotel vouchers too. I checked the tickets on the jetairways portal and they were confirms. Where as, just 2 days before our travel dates i received a call from the travel agent from aaditya telling that the tickets have been canceled due to 11 ppl backing out from the group booking. The pnr was a group pnr and it had to be canceled which resulted into our ticket cancellation too. He offered us that we book the same package from him for a week after but that was not possible and moreover it was unprofessional on this company's part to cancel our tickets without even asking us. And he also stated that he has been working from outstation and his wife is in coma. After mentioning that he messed up with a media person, he said he will give us our tickets the morning of 4th (Date of onward flight). We waited for tickets and any kind of communication and nothing happened. When he finally called he said that if we could delay it by one day atleast as the difference in the tickets were coming out to be a lot for him to book us again. We were persistent on the same day flight because we had our bags packed and holiday and off days from work planned in advance. He didnt give tickets and we did not fly. After pressurising he gave it in writing (Email) that he will give a refund with compensation and asked for 2 weeks time. 2 weeks will complete on 19th april and i have been asking the status of refund and cancelled tickets from him. He is now ignoring my calls and emails. He and his company has 4 more days to refund our money back or i am going to take legal action against him and shruti and his company.
