SUBJECT : Fraud Travel Plans Bookings to Singapore Malaysia

Respected Sir,
I, Indranil Das, a resident of Thane(Mumbai), at the Address mentioned below, belong to a working Class. Recently I had made some travel plans through Online bookings and have been cheated of a total amount of Rs. 135, 000/. The details of the case are mentioned below.
I had come across an Online Travel website- Travel Deals Bazaar in the month of February. I approached the contact Number, after which I was approached by their executive, Mr. Aaditya. He spoke to me and forwarded the travel options along with cost. After my decision to select the required option, Aaditya asked me to make the payments as soon as possible, on the same day. I tried to find out reviews of this website, but unfortunately neither could I find any negatives about this site nor any comments. I had mentioned same to him, on which he forwarded me a few comments made on Facebook regarding Travel Deals(Which are now not visible). Also he forwarded a few contact numbers for me to verify on their dealings. When I called those people, they commented very positive.
After hearing from them, I made the first payment of Rs. 75000/ on 3rd March 2016. The same evening, he forwarded me some blocked ticket details, I was unable to check their existence for which he forwarded a link to me on check my trip. I was able to see my bookings then. This brought confidence in me regarding the travel plans and the Company’s existence. I was forced to pay further Rs.30, 000/ for the hotel booking confirmations too. Since then I have been asking him to forward the details of people travelling with me in our group, which Aaditya has been avoiding. Finally on 27th March, I had called him to know when he will be processing the Visas, he was not taking my call. When I tried through another Mobile No. he responded back and said that things will be done in May and said they were busy hence not taking calls but he started forcing me for further payment of Rs. 30, 000/-. Which I had to make by next day. The deal was of Rs. 155, 000/- for three people of which I have paid Rs. 135, 000/-.
All the payments have been made through Net Banking to their Axis Bank Account located at Paschim Vihar Branch(Bank A/C No. [protected]). I have got their confirmation on mails on payment receipts as well. Past one week I have been trying to reach Aaditya on his mobile as well as through mails but there is no response from his end. I tried to check my ticket details also through the link provided earlier, to my surprise found the tickets cancelled. I tried to check with the hotels, whose booking confirmations were forwarded earlier, there is no such booking on my name neither they have any tie up with Travel Deals.
In this scenario, I feel I am badly cheated, can we have any remedy on such frauds. I don’t know whether I will be able to recover any money back but can we have a check on such systems.

Two days back I got a call from Deals Bazaar(As mentioned by the caller). A female called up saying, she is from the Quality Department of Travel Deals, they have received a complaint from Consumer Complaints for the payment to be made back to me. They were confirming from which bank transaction has been made so that they may return back the same. She stated that she will be coordinating with their Accounts to clear my due. I was surprised to hear that, after the call I have tried to call back but the numb er is one way as it is not possible to call back.
Is there any possibility of getting the refund? Any track of my complaint?

Yesterday there were a few mail exchanges with Aaditya, he is quoting my complaints against him as a joke. According to him, all the allegations are wrong as he says that the ticket were just blocked and the confirmed tickets will be given only 48 hrs prior where as I have seen the blocked tickets cancelled on the website. He says that no such fraud things are happening and he is not afraid of any Complaints. I have been still trying to call and speak to him and find the details, but either he has switched off the number or blocked me. He is saying if I want to cancel the trip, he shall refund me, where as the tickets have already been cancelled by him. I have been forcing him for the complete refund, hope he refunds me the money.
